Using NLP, Timeline Coaching and Resilience training to support the process of freeing yourself from habits that hold you back.
From smoking to reactive traits, this workshop will help loosen those chains and improving your life dramatically. This new skill set will help you with your present destructive habits, and will also make you become aware of other habits that need to be left behind in the future.

This workshop includes 6 sessions, spaced over 6 weeks, every Wednesday lasting 2 hours.
